Spring roll
Hi Guys!! Today I will tell you how to make Non-veg spring roll in home easily and its video tutorial is also available in my post. I hope you will enjoy my post.
So Lets Start With Ingridients List :

8 tablespoon all
purpose flour

1 1/2 cup water
·
1/2 cup sliced
onion
·
1/2 cup sliced
carrot
·
2 teaspoon light
soya sauce
·
3 pinches salt
·
2 tablespoon
refined oil
·
1 bunch chopped
coriander leaves
·
4 tablespoon corn
flour
·
2 pinches salt
·
1/2 cup sliced
capsicum ( green pepper)
·
1/2 cup sliced
cabbage red
·
1 gm grated
ginger
·
2 pinches
powdered black pepper
·
3 tablespoon all
purpose flour
Description :
1. The
vegetables I’ve chosen to use for this Chinese Spring Roll with Chicken recipe
are cabbage and carrots.
TIP: Do
not use a box grater to grate the vegetables, grating releases too much
liquid/water. Use either a food processor with thin slicing attachment, a
mandoline like I’ve used here (I LOVE this one by Oxo
for $15) or shred by knife.
2. You can julienne cut carrots by hand or use mandoline like this to first get thin slices.
3. After
slicing thin with a mandoline, use knife to thinly slice further into very thin
matchsticks. Notice how many times I’ve purposely used the word, “thin.”
4. Whisk
together marinade ingredients for the ground chicken.
5. Mix
with ground chicken.
6. Saute
the ground chicken with just a bit of oil. Then, remove chicken to a bowl and
set aside.
7. Next
wipe the wok clean and stir fry the vegetables along with ginger, garlic and
green onion.
TIP: Meat
and vegetables are cooked separately. This ensures that the meat browns well –
and prevents everything from being an overcooked, soggy clump. Meat will taste
like meat, and the vegetables will have a crisp, clean flavor.
9. Add
in oyster sauce.
10. Toss!
