Aaloo Tikki Burger
Tkki is made from boiled potatoes &green peas with some Indian spices & lemon juice. If you want you can add shreeded carrot or boiled &mashed green beans, corn or other veggies of your choice. If other veggies are added then this will be veggie burger not aloo tikki burger.

Serves : 2 servings
Ingridents:-
1.
Aloo tikkis.
2.
2 burger
buns.
3.
1 tablespoon
butter.
4.
1-2
tablespoon tomato ketchup.
5.
2 lettuce leaves(salad ki leaves), 2-3 tablespoons
mayonnaise.
6.
1 large tomato, cut into round slices.
7.
1 medium
onion, cut into round slices.
8.
2 cheese
slices.
Directions:-

Step 1:-
Add salt, rice flour, chaat masala and red chilli powder in
mashed potatoes. Mix well with hands and make medium shaped patties. Heat oil
in a large pan and shallow-fry aloo tikki over medium flame till both the sides
are golden brown in colour.

Step 2:-
Transfer fried aloo tikki to a kitchen towel to remove excess
oil. Meanwhile, cut the burger buns horizontally in two halves. Spread 1
tablespoon veg mayonnaise on each half of burger bun.

Step 3:-
On bottom half of burger bun, place burger patty, tomato and onion
slices. Add a dollop of mayonnaise and top it up with other half of the bun.
Serve!
