Soya chaap

These sticks are generally available in frozen food stores and grocery stores. But, with the below recipe you can make them in your kitchen and store them in refrigerator for a weeks time. And, then you can use them to make various soya chaap dishes.

Preparation Time: 14 hours for soaking the soyabean seeds + 10 minutes for preparing the ingredients.
Cooking Time: 60 minutes (5 minutes for washing and grinding the soyabean seeds + 15 minutes for soaking the soyachunks +5 minutes for grinding them + 5 minutes for making dough + 5 minutes for rolling them + 10-12 minutes for boiling soya chaap sticks + 15 minutes for leaving soya chaap sticks in cold water).

- Soyabean Seeds - 1 small cup, soaked in plain water for 12-14 hours; (सोयाबीन के बीज)
- Soya Chunks - 1 small cup; (सोयाचंक्स)
- All Purpose Flour - 1 small cup
- Salt - 1/2 tea spoon; (नमक)
- Water; (पानी)
- Ice Cream Sticks - 4; (आइसक्रीम स्टिक)
